Please note that state law prohibits the return of certain items once they have been worn. We strictly adhere to this law. Therefore, all sales on items that are worn over the crotch area are final (please choose color and size carefully before placing your order) once open item can not be returned. In addition, opened hosiery cannot be returned. Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective then we will exchange for same item. No returns on personal use products. We do not accept returns on personal use products for obvious reasons including serious Health & Sanitation Issues.
Please contact us for an authorization number before returning any items. We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on returns. We accept returns of any unworn, "like new", pristine, resaleable merchandise. NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted - such as shopworn, sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc. all original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new. With the exception of items worn over the crotch area, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund. In most cases we can exchange an item for the same one in a different size or color.
